Quotes & Rates
Spot Quote requests submitted through this website are inquiries only and do not constitute a binding rate agreement. All rates are subject to confirmation by our dispatch team, carrier availability, and formal written agreement (rate confirmation) prior to shipment.
Limitation of Liability
Blue Label Express Freight LLC provides freight brokerage services and is not liable for delays, damages, or losses arising from carrier performance, except as governed by applicable federal and state transportation law and any executed rate confirmation or contract of carriage.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
